Under the agreement, the core of CU's product line will be powered by Elecard technology, and CU will become a preferred distributor of Elecard products. |

| CU's Elecard-based products will include codec SDKs for Windows, Mac, Linux and other platforms, as well as a full line of end-user encoding, playback and quality analysis software. Elecard firmware and reference designs will also be used in the new CU TV™ line of hardware encoders, video-on-demand servers and IP streamers. |
